LOCATION: Virtual but available during Australia business hours required
HOURS: Part time - initial short term contract with potential for ongoing full time work
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Program Delivery Coach works alongside Program Delivery Manager & CEO + ensure the entire Client Journey through AJD programs is a world-class experience. They are required to do everything possible to support client success, engagement and satisfaction.
Suits someone who is hardworking, loves to coach/teach, provides rave-worthy client service, is highly organized and loves to work collaboratively to continually improve program delivery. They need to enjoy working on projects with groups as well as being self-motivated and have a strong sense of time and task management even when working independently.
The Program Delivery Coach role is to support the Programs Manager in the delivery of the entire client journey within our company - beginning with assisting in enrolling new clients, onboarding new clients, and managing, coaching, and retaining existing clients. This includes the upsell process to Level 2 and then supporting the clients in the transition, providing ongoing support during their time and then a positive and seamless offboarding experience.

This person comes to work every day, rolls up their sleeves and asks ‘How can I support our clients to have the BEST experience with us?’ ‘How could they get even better results?’ ‘How can we improve and streamline our internal systems to provide more ease within the team while delivering a higher quality experience for our clients?’

RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENTS AND PROGRAMS
Showing up daily in the Facebook Groups and email support to ensure the clients feel seen, supported and connected to the program and the team.
Provide a high-touch coaching experience for clients in our high ticket programs by becoming an expert in our strategies, attendly all weekly live coaching calls, tracking their progress, providing strategic feedback, and checking in with them.
Support existing clients by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and building a relationship with them. The aim is to surprise and delight them.
Onboarding new clients and providing a smooth and high-touch experience, minimising questions, hiccups and therefore any buyers regret in the first month. Tracking their bonuses and ensuring these are delivered in a timely manner.
Responding in a timely manner to requests made by the CEO or Programs Manager in relation to client tracking, monthly schedules, uploading course materials and laser coaching to the membership site ect, all to ensure the deliverables are done on time and at a high standard.
Co-hosting coaching calls with Amanda, supporting her and the clients on the call, taking timestamps of questions asked and writing up post call notes.
Improve client retention by reviewing client experience and satisfaction, tracking when clients are eligible to move into a new program. Offer tailored support when clients are struggling or pulling away from the program.
Support in the coordination of monthly coaching schedules are organised and distributed to clients.
Ensuring all Live Calls and additional trainings are uploaded to the appropriate places in the membership site with 24hours of recording.
Support the renewal process for clients continuing on inside the program / OR off-boarding clients in a timely manner and providing a smooth and positive experience.
Collecting and documenting testimonials
MARKETING + SOCIAL MEDIA:
Manage weekly marketing deliverables, including sending weekly newsletter
Manage external partnerships for podcasts, summits and PR
Scheduling social media posts
Creating graphics in Canva,
Repurposing of content,
Hashtag research,
Editing videos,
Basic copywriting,
Community engagement in our thriving group in our free facebook community
You will also be the go-to member for adhoc support tasks and needed from the CEO and the Programs Manager.
